Sidecar Cocktail is a classic subtle combination of French cognac, Cointreau orange liqueur and freshly squeezed lemon juice, shaken with plenty of ice, in a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
Cocktail recipe Sidecar:
Make a sugar rim on a cocktail glass
Pour 20 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of still water and 5 ml of sugar syrup into a shaker
Add 30 ml triple sec liqueur and 45 ml cognac
Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake
Pour through a strainer into a chilled cocktail glass
