Instructions

  1. Cocktail recipe Penicillin:
    Fill rocks to the top with ice cubes
    Pour 25 ml of lemon juice and 25 ml of honey syrup into a shaker
    Add 60 ml Scotch whiskey
    Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake
    Pour through a strainer into a glass
    Share Islay single malt whiskey 7.5 ml
    Garnish with orange zest
