A traditional Brazilian cocktail that uses cachaca, a strong drink close to rum. It is obtained by distillation of pure sugarcane extract, and rum - by distillation of by-products of sugar production.
Cocktail recipe Caipirinha:
Put half a lime cut into cubes in a rocks glass and muddle
Pour 10 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of porridge
Fill rocks glass with crushed ice and stir with a cocktail spoon
